Full-service real estate company LATIO has undergone major changes this year to improve office availability and provide modern customer service. Since the beginning of August, the head office of the company is located in new premises at 21a Elizabetes Street, and on August 23rd, in the very center of Riga, we opened the first pop-up real estate office in Latvia at 24/26 Barona Street. Two other offices in the city suburbs of Imanta and Kengarags have been upgraded so as to be comfortable and pleasurable for both our clients and our professionals.
At the “ComfortHome2019” exhibition, we, the LATIO team, will introduce our visitors to the latest apartment and housing projects as well as the special and exclusive Latio projects. Among them will be smart homes, apartments, and particularly enticing deals from developers!
